On March 30, 2012, partner John E. Villafranco participated in the “Enforcers’ Roundtable,” at the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington D.C. During the session, Mr. Villafranco asked questions of Joaquín Almunia, Vice-President and Commissioner for Competition at the European Commission; Ashok Chawla, Chairman of the Competition Commission of India; James A. Donahue III, Chair of Antitrust Task Force at the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General; The Honorable Jon Leibowitz, Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission; and Sharis A. Pozen, Acting Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Mr. Villafranco moderated this session and was a co-chair of the Spring Meeting.
