On May 5, partner William A. Escobar spoke at the New York State Bar Association Commercial Litigation Academy, held at the Concierge Conference Center in New York City. He participated on the panel, “Disclosure and Discovery, Including E-Discovery.” This two-day program focused on training and skills necessary for handling all aspects of a commercial case and ethical and evidentiary problems encountered by civil trial attorneys.
