Partner Eric McClafferty spoke at American Conference Institute’s 4th National Forum on International Technology Transfers on September 22-24, 2008. The conference was the must-attend event for international sales executives, export compliance personnel and their advisers. Mr. McClafferty’s half-day workshop, “Developing In-House Commodity Jurisdiction and Classification Procedures for New Technologies,” provided attendees with the fundamental knowledge needed to overcome the challenges of classifying new technologies.
