Partner Christie Grymes Thompson and associate Gonzalo E. Mon presented the Consumer Protection Update to the Corporate Counseling and Consumer Protection committees of the ABA Antitrust Section. The presentation summarized the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred in October 2006. The presentation covered cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions.
