Global Climate Change - Legal Implications and Opportunities

Become more familiar with the developments in global climate change issues through a presentation given by Kelley Drye’s Environmental Practice. This seminar will discuss the basic science of global climate change; the evolving regulatory environment for controlling carbon dioxide; and regional and international programs for controlling emissions.

The presentation will also discuss the legal implications and potential business opportunities of existing and developing regulations and programs.
