Domestic Preference Laws in Federal Procurement: the Buy American Act, the Trade Agreements Act, and Other Restrictions

In this session, our government contracts attorneys will review the key factors for compliance with the Buy American Act (BAA), the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and other domestic procurement preferences and restrictions that apply to federal government contracts.  This session will include updates on current and proposed regulations and the statutory and regulatory frameworks of the United States’ domestic preference regime governing federal procurements.
