Communications and Technology Litigation
Participated in federal litigation concerning preemption of state telecom regulations by Section 251 and 271 of the Telecommunications Act, and by the FCC's Triennial Review Order and the Triennial Review Remand Order.
Assisted a technology and software consulting company in various matters, including drafting and providing advice on a software reseller agreement and a joint services agreement.
Team member in a network telecom dispute involving patent violations, federal and state antitrust and monopolization claims, and various commercial tort claims.
Defense team member in a consumer protection class action litigation against wireless carriers where the class asserted statutory fraud and negligence in consumer contract renewal.
Served as member of litigation team in a $950 million trade secret lawsuit concerning misappropriation of confidential software information.
Bank Litigation
Conducted discovery, took and defended depositions, and argued dispositive motions in commercial litigation involving the Uniform Commercial Code, representing major commercial financial institutions.
Lead attorney on secured interest lending, deposit accounts and personal guaranty disputes.
Drafted discovery documents, and procedural and dispositive motions in a variety of commercial litigation actions.
Briefed and argued Mora v. People of the State of New York, 524 F.3d 183 (2d Cir.2008) before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as a supervised senior law student.
