Dana Kane is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She has represented major secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors and lenders in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
Previously, Ms. Kane was in-house counsel at a company that specializes in buying and selling claims and interests in distressed situations, primarily in pending federal bankruptcy cases and insurance insolvency proceedings under state law.
