The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently released its much-anticipated plan, nearly a year in the making, to address per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances in the environment. Building on a Law360 of the same name, Steven Humphreys, Lauren Shah, and Maria Pimienta discuss the EPA’s PFAS Strategic Roadmap, which provides a detailed framework of actions the agency commits to taking over the next three years to confront PFAS contamination across the country.
