Paul covers the differences between dynamic, surveillance, and personalized pricing, and how businesses can use data to set prices without deceiving customers. [50 State Attorneys General Urge FCC to Adopt Robust Know-Your-Customer Rules to Curb Illegal Robocalls](https://www.kelleydrye.com/viewpoints/blogs/ad-law-access/50-state-attorneys-general-urge-fcc-to-adopt-robust-know-your-customer-rules-to-curb-illegal-robocalls) In late July, fifty State Attorneys General signed on to comments submitted to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in support of enhanced Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements for originating voice service providers. The filing responds to the FCC’s Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (the ​“KYC Further Notice”), which proposes specific customer identification, verification, and monitoring obligations designed to prevent illegal robocalls from entering the voice network. The comments reflect broad consensus among the State AGs that curbing illegal robocalls remains a top priority, and they believe the existing regulatory framework has proven insufficient.
