In an effort to help ensure that our clients and contacts remain up-to-date regarding Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (“HLOGA”) issues, Kelley Drye’s [Campaign Finance and Political Law](/Our-Practices/Regulatory-Government-Relations/Campaign-Finance-and-Political-Law) Practice Group has prepared a client advisory which answers some of the most common ​“frequently asked questions” the group has recently been asked in regards to HLOGA requirements.
