# Reminder - Annual Geographic Rate Averaging Certification Due

This is a reminder that each non-dominant provider of detariffed interstate interexchange services must certify on an annual basis that it provides such services in compliance with the geographic rate averaging and rate integration obligations set forth in section 254(g) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the ​“Act”). This certification is due to be filed no later than May 1, 2007.
