Employers need to stay ahead of the curve and be well-informed as to their legal obligations in order to prevent errors that result in costly and avoidable litigation. The Labor and Employment Practice Group prepared a client advisory providing a brief overview of changes and trends of which you should be aware, as well as a number of significant pieces of legislations on the horizon.
