On May 12, 2005, the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC” or ​“Commission”) issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) on various provisions of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM” or ​“the Act”).
