# E-Alert: Reminder: FCC Filing Due November 2013

**Please be reminded of the upcoming due date for the Report listed below:**

#### Form 499-Q Quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet

Entities required to contribute to universal service support mechanisms must report their actual and projected end user and wholesale revenues for each calendar quarter by filing Form 499-Q on a quarterly basis.Carriers providing interstate telecommunications and required to contribute to federal universal service support mechanisms must report their actual end user and wholesale revenues and projected end user revenues for each calendar quarter by filing Form 499Q on a quarterly basis. The Form 499Q filing, providing historical revenue data for July 1 through September 30 and projected data for January 1 through March 31 of the coming year, is due to USAC by **November 1, 2013.**

Providers of interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol service and commercial mobile radio service that rely upon traffic studies to report their revenues on the Form 499-Q must submit the traffic studies to the FCC.
