# Congressmen Stearns and Barton Release Draft Data Security Legislation

Following the introduction of data security legislation by Senators Specter and Leahy last week, Representative Joe Barton (R-TX) and Representative Cliff Stearns (R-FL) released a working draft of a similar data security bill.
