Chair of Kelley Drye’s litigation group and partner [Michael Lynch](/Our-People/Michael-C-Lynch) authored a chapter in *Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, Fourth Edition* entitled ​“Sports.” The chapter discusses the substantive law and strategic considerations concerning sports-related litigation in New York State courts. Mike also provides insights into legal issues in the sports industry for use by New York practitioners who find themselves in state court, particularly as it pertains to matters of contract, tort and publicity.
