Partner [Robert Crotty](/Our-People/Robert-E-Crotty) authored the chapter ​“International Arbitration” in the treatise, *Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts*. The chapter is a practical guide through each phase of an international arbitration with an emphasis on the international arbitral rules of the ICC, ICDR and LCIA. The chapter also discusses federal civil practice regarding the enforcement of international arbitration agreements.
