Kelley Drye’s Antitrust and Competition Practice is pleased to announce the release of its 2008 *Hart-Scott-Rodino Filing Source Book*.

This reference guide is updated annually, and provides the fundamentals needed to understand the regulatory Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filing process that may necessitate a proposed transaction to pass through the federal agency premerger notification requirements prior to its closing. HSR filings, required at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice for certain acquisitions of assets or voting securities, are complex and subject to rule changes promulgated by the FTC.

The 2008 Edition of the *Hart-Scott-Rodino Filing Source Book* is available in hard copy and electronic format.
