Associate [Alysa Hutnik](/Our-People/Alysa-Z-Hutnik) served as the chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust’s recently published *Data Security Handbook*. The purpose of the *Data Security Handbook* is to provide legal practitioners and information technology specialists with a concise, practical guide to maintaining and preserving the security of individuals’ personal information, developing a compliant information security program, and meeting legal requirements in the event that a data breach has occurred.
