The eleven volume, 12,000 page treatise published by the American Bar Association Litigation Section and Thomson West, features 134 chapters written by 251 principal authors, including partners [Robert Crotty](/Our-People/Robert-E-Crotty) and [William Escobar](/Our-People/William-A-Escobar) and 18 federal judges. Partner [Robert Haig](/Our-People/Robert-L-Haig) is Editor-in-Chief of the treatise.

This treatise has been widely recognized as the definitive reference work in this area of law.
