The chapter addresses the statutes and rules that apply to all civil appeals in the Appellate Division. Jon uses commercial cases as examples to demonstrate the applicability of these statutes and rules. Procedural checklists summarizing the steps that commercial litigators must take to pursue an appeal in the Appeal Division are included.
