The FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) [seeks comment](http://www.commlawmonitor.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/512/2015/06/comments.pdf) on whether to maintain a temporary exemption for smaller providers from various provisions of the Enhanced Transparency Rule. The Enhanced Transparency Rule governs the content and format of the disclosures made by broadband Internet access service providers.

Comments are due on or before August 5, 2015. Reply comments are due on or before September 4, 2015.
