Partner [Wayne D’Angelo](/Our-People/Wayne-J-D-Angelo) co-authored the *IPAA Access Magazin*e Summer 2015 article ​“Workplace Safety: OSHA Ramps Up Investigations and Enforcement in the Upstream Industry.” The article discusses how the U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) recently intensified its focus on the upstream oil and gas industry by adding these production sites to its Severe Violator Enforcement Program, which will likely lead to more inspections, more severe fines and settlement terms, and increased costs and delays.
