# What The FTC Report On AG Collaborations Means For Companies

Kelley Drye State Attorneys General practice members [Paul Singer](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/paul-l-singer), [Abigail Stempson](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/abigail-stempson), and [Beth Chun](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/beth-bolen-chun)wrote an article for *Law360’s* Expert Analysis column on what the FTC report on AG collaboration means for companies. This article discusses the importance of strengthening the relationship between the FTC and the states, as both benefit from the others’ perspectives and history.

“The act required the FTC to study existing collaboration efforts with state attorneys general and report the results along with ​‘recommended best practices’ and any legislative recommendations ​‘to enhance collaboration efforts,’ and ​‘quantifiable metrics’ to measure enhancements,” said Kelley Drye Attorneys.
