Partner [Jon Cooperman](/Our-People/Jonathan-K-Cooperman) and associate [Jaclyn Metzinger](/Our-People/Jaclyn-M-Metzinger) authored the *Practical Law* article ​“Trends in Class Action Litigation.” The article discusses the current legal landscape (which industries are most susceptible to class actions) and key considerations for counsel litigating class actions. Topics include courts implementation of class certification standards in light of the *Dukes* and *Comcast* decisions, lower courts examination of settlement agreements, and the current trends to use class arbitration in class actions.
