Partner [Eric McClafferty](/Our-People/Eric-R-McClafferty) co-authored the *Petroleum Economist* article ​“The devil’s in the details.” Non-US companies and foreign subsidiaries of US firms have recently been taking advantage of new business opportunities in Iran, particularly in the petrochemical and extractive industries. The article discusses mandatory U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements and provides insight into how to deal with them.
