Partner Randy Lehner authored the *Legal Executive Institute* blog post ​“Starting an In-House Revenue Recovery Program – First Steps,” which identifies the benefits to legal departments who consider starting a revenue recovery program. This is Randy’s third installment in a series about revenue recovery, following up on his last two posts explaining why recovery programs can be beneficial to companies, their clients and colleagues. Randy explains that a company’s legal department is the best place to find people who should be involved in a revenue recovery program; the company needs to find its most likely sources of revenue recovery; and revenue recovery programs should develop as opportunities are presented to add to the top-line of their revenue.
