Special counsel [Joe Green](/Our-People/Joseph-J-Green) co-authored the *Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* article ​“Proposition 65 May Become Even More Hazardous to Your Business Health.” The article outlines possible changes to California’s ​“Proposition 65,” which was adopted by voter referendum in 1986 as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. Joe covered the history of ​“Proposition 65” as well as how the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment’s proposed revisions will make compliance more burdensome and less certain.
