# Plan Obligations Relating to Service Provider Fee Disclosure

The article explains the Department of Labor’s final regulations (February 2012) of covered service providers’ disclosures. These regulations assist fiduciaries of retirement plans in determining whether their arrangements with services providers qualify as reasonable arrangements as required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
