# Paid Leave Concerns When Employees Get COVID-19 Twice

Partner [Mark Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel) and associate [Maria Biaggi](/Our-People/Maria-Biaggi) co-authored the *Law360* article, ​“Paid Leave Concerns When Employees Get COVID-19 Twice.”

The article discusses the risks associated with employees returning to offices amid new findings that it may be possible to contract the COVID-19 virus more than once. The authors also review updates to local laws in addition to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requirements to evaluate how employers can better manage increasingly complicated return to work scenarios.
