# OIRA and Taking on Regulatory Reform in the Obama Administration

This article examined the functions of the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), as it has developed into a coordinator of federal regulatory policy. The article explored the regulatory review process and issues generated with the new administration.
