# Labor Partner Publishes Article in Health Care Fraud Report

The *Heath Care Fraud Report* published the article ​“When Your Risk Manager Decides to Blow the Whistle: Lessons From Wyckoff” authored by Partner [Barbara Hoey](/Our-People/Barbara-E-Hoey). In the article, Barbara describes the matter she successfully handled on behalf of client Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in which the hospital faced a lawsuit in violation of the New York ​“whistleblower” statute. The piece addresses key elements of the case as well as lessons gained from the matter. Barbara also discusses ways of managing executive employees to avoid employment litigation and maintain quality assurance and reporting privileges.
