Partner [Bill MacLeod ](/Our-People/William-C-MacLeod)authored the introduction to the Issue Three of Volume 48 of the *Loyola University Chicago Law Journal*. Antitrust law sanctions prohibit agreements in nearly every sector of interstate commerce. The article discusses two Supreme Court cases affected by this: *United States v. Topco Associations, Inc.* and *Verizon Communications Inc. v. Law Offices of Curtis V. Trinko, LLP*.
