Special counsel [Cameron Argetsinger](/Our-People/Cameron-R-Argetsinger) authored the *Risk Management Magazine* article ​“Insurance Coverage for Sexual Misconduct Claims.” In light of recent scandals involving sexual misconduct by high-ranking executives, the article examines the potential sources of insurance coverage for disputes arising out of sexual misconduct claims. Many companies have found that even when they remove bad actors, litigation spawned by claims of harassment or assault can pose significant threats to the future of the enterprise.
