The article discussed New Jersey’s greenhouse gas reduction goals, the Energy Savings Improvement Program, renewable energy construction projects and energy conservation retrofits in public buildings. It also addressed power purchase agreements, performance contracts and New Jersey’s financial and legislative initiatives to encourage other ​“green” projects.
