Kelley Drye chief information officer [Judi Flournoy](/Our-People/Judith-Flournoy) authored the *Xplorex IT* article ​“Document Management in the Cloud.” According to the article, law firms are unique in that much of their work product is in the form of documents whether they be briefs, agreements, contracts, etc. As such, the management of documents including naming conventions, versions and security is a fundamental need in the industry. The article discusses the decision and process of moving off legacy DMS and to the Cloud.
