The article discussed Vétoquinol S.A.’s acquisition of the animal health business of Wockhardt Limited. Vétoquinol is a family-owned, independent French veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory. Wockhardt is the sixth largest pharmaceutical company in India. The independent affiliate office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in Mumbai, India represented Vétoquinol in this transaction.
