Partner [William MacLeod](/Our-People/William-C-MacLeod) authored his monthly address to the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law. In the message, Bill, chair of the Section, notes the unprecedented boom in investigations, complaints, and trials and how this affects regulation. He goes on to feature the ABA’s 2016 Fall Forum, which will provide some perspective on these recent changes in antitrust and competition.
