#  Kelley Drye Affinity Groups 

 

 

 

 

 

Our affinity groups are open to all attorneys. The groups participate in a variety of social, networking, and business and professional development programming and communicate regularly with Firm leadership about issues of importance to the groups and diversity at Kelley Drye.

 

 

###   Women of Kelley Drye  

Recognizing the particular challenges that women can face in legal careers, the Firm has a formal affinity group, Women At KDW, to provide networking, mentoring, and learning opportunities for women associates. Our Women Partners Group is equally active, meeting regularly to network, mentor women associates, cross-market and share business development strategies. Women At KDW programs are open to all attorneys.

 

 

 

###   LGBTQ+ Network  

The Kelley Drye LGBTQ+ Network is an affinity group of the LGBTQ+ community and people who support them. The group reflects the firm’s commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion and to increasing understanding of, and involvement in, the unique issues facing the LGBTQ+ community.

Kelley Drye has been a member of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce of NY (NGLCCNY) and supports a number of other LGBTQ+ organizations including SMYAL and Immigration Equality, as well as the National LGBT Bar Association, and LeGaL. We also work with the Human Rights Campaign to implement best practices.

 

 

 

###   Diverse Associates Network  

Kelley Drye’s Diverse Associates Network serves as a forum for racially and/or ethnically diverse associates from underrepresented groups to promote their careers and professional development by building community, sharing and transferring knowledge, leveraging collective resources, and creating a safe space, empowering participants to achieve career success. The Network liaises with the Workplace Engagement Committee and Firm leaders to advance mutual goals. The Network’s programs are open to all attorneys.
