 With more than 30 years of experience, Kelley Drye’s IP and trade attorneys possess the technical skills, experience, and litigation prowess to succeed in fast-paced International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 proceedings, and they have a firm grasp on the very particular rules and inner workings at the ITC required for such success.

Our attorneys have handled numerous cases covering a broad range of technologies, including telecommunications, internet, computer hardware and software, automotive, chemical compositions, medical devices, toys, semiconductors, and biotechnology.

We bring a multidisciplinary approach, drawing on our proficiency in patents, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, international trade, government relations. Our team also has a unique perspective on the nuanced landscape of the ITC and its practices and procedures, including decades of trial proceedings before administrative law judges, related proceedings before U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as well as managing appeals.

This broad base of knowledge and experience allows us to readily handle not only Section 337 investigations but related parallel proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) at the U.S. Patent Office, U.S. district courts, and in other venues handling global IP disputes.
