 Thomas Kinzler’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation, securities law and arbitration matters. He also led the litigation team on complex patent matters in conjunction with Kelley Drye’s Intellectual Property group.

Tom represented clients in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He handled numerous jury and non-jury trials, and was involved in more than 30 arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York City, as well as proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

He is currently a life partner in the firm.
