Representing Marc Jacobs International, LLC and retailers Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus in pending copyright and trademark infringement action concerning the alleged infringement of intellectual property allegedly owned by the band Nirvana. *Steve Madden, Ltd. v. Jasmin Larian, LLC* (S.D.N.Y.) Assisted in representing fashion company Cult Gaia in trade dress litigation concerning the alleged infringement of distinctive handbag design by Steve Madden, Ltd. *Chimney Rock, Inc. v. Regency Centers Corporation* Representing Regency Center Corporation in a trademark infringement action filed in United States District Court in New Jersey involving their use of the name Chimney Rock to identify a new shopping center. #### Privacy Member of team that represented a personal grooming company in a class action complaint in California Superior Court alleging violations of California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) involving the company’s website chat box feature. Member of team that represented a software provider regarding violations of California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) as well as the privacy protections of the California Constitution and common law based allegations that its software product yielded improper wiretapping and eavesdropping on confidential communications. Achieved back to back dismissals in a pair of privacy class actions against a firm client claiming violations of Florida’s Security of Communication Act (FSCA). Defended website owner/operators against putative class action claims asserting privacy violations under state wiretapping statutes. Assisting in defending an insurance provider in TCPA class action claims related to use of outbound telemarketing. #### Trademark Trial and Appeal Board *Bacardi & Co.
