 Salim Rashid is an associate in the firm’s Advertising and Marketing practice where he focuses on consumer protection and regulatory matters related to marketing, privacy, and data security. Salim assists clients with reviewing privacy policies, data breach notification requirements, and ensuring compliance with both domestic and international privacy laws.

In addition to his client work, Salim is skilled in drafting memoranda, conducting legal research, and analyzing regulatory and policy issues. He has co-authored various blog posts on topics ranging from state privacy legislation to labeling and marketing issues.
