- About
 
 Peter Wolfram offered clients decades of international legal, business, and cultural experience and served as a catalyst for European companies seeking to do business in the United States. He provided comprehensive legal counsel that struck the balance between European and American law and commerce.

Over the course of his career, Peter advised on a variety of commercial transactions and corporate finance deals. He was involved in negotiating and closing mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and corporate restructurings. Peter negotiated and documented joint ventures and licensing, franchising and distribution agreements, and provided counsel on international asset and investment management. Moreover, he advised on foreign and domestic investments, particularly regarding the establishment of a U.S. presence and participation in U.S. and international commercial litigation and arbitration.

Fluent in German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, Peter bridged the gap in language, cultural and legal differences when representing European companies doing business in the U.S. He worked diligently with each client to navigate U.S. law and commerce while safeguarding their valuable assets across multiple continents.
