- About
 
 As Managing Attorney of Kelley Drye, Paul Ostensen is involved in risk and knowledge management and quality control for all of the firm’s litigations. He, along with his staff, support the firm’s lawyers in providing exceptional quality legal support services on every matter, every day. A resource on all procedural matters related to litigation, Paul advises on state and federal court practices and procedures, litigation strategy and best practices regarding docketing and litigation management.

Paul acts as a confidant to and sounding board for the firm’s attorneys. He is approachable, easy-going, confident, organized and analytical. Paul consistently delivers highly developed and extensive communication skills, interacting with everyone from partners, to associates, to vendors on a daily basis while making sure all are doing their part to serve the firm’s clients. He also develops, conducts and manages in-house litigation and other legal training programs. Most recently, Paul participated in an educational presentation to the firm’s partners concerning risk management.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul was a partner at Mintz & Gold LLP in New York.
