- Experience
 
 Nithya Damodharan focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and joint venture disputes, among other contested matters. She also has experience in international arbitration, including disputes involving renewable energy projects.

During law school, Nithya conducted legal research for the U.S. Embassy, Office of Foreign Litigation in London, regarding issues of jurisdiction and national sovereignty. Also, she represented clients in consumer law matters at the Notre Dame Economic Justice Clinic.
