 Nathan Greenberg is a skilled bankruptcy attorney with over a decade of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, borrowers, and debtors in all aspects of restructuring practice. Nathan has advised both debtors and large lenders in complex transactional and finance workouts and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Before coming to Kelley Drye, Nathan worked in the restructuring and capital solutions group at an international law firm. Nathan began his career as clerk for Judge Robert E. Gerber in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
