 Nancy Lopez is a discovery attorney in the firm’s New York office. Nancy focuses on providing e-discovery and document review support for Kelley Drye’s clients across practices, industries and offices. She has extensive knowledge of Kelley Drye’s in-house resources, as well as third party technologies, and assists the firm in providing efficient, cost effective and accurate document review to its clients. Nancy works seamlessly with our case teams, and is fully dedicated to serving our client’s eDiscovery needs. She is also able to provide ongoing discovery support beyond document review including: drafting of privilege logs and factual support for depositions, briefs and trial.

Nancy’s prior professional experience includes several years of eDiscovery experience on complex litigation matters including securities, banking and patent matters.

 

  #### Pro Bono

Nancy has aided Kelley Drye teams in the successful outcome of asylum applicants who fled their home countries in the hopes of starting a new life in the United States, free of violence and intimidation. She serves as team interpreter for oral and written communications between members of Kelley Drye teams and clients and their families.
