 Before joining Kelley Drye, Mitchell Mackler’s extensive in-house legal career was spread across many different industries, with executive managerial responsibility and deep experience working in cross-cultural environments.

Mitchell’s practice is focused on the negotiation of complex agreements for the acquisition, licensing or sale of outsourcing services, information technology, and business information.

Mitchell was previously vice president, head of contracts for HCL Technologies Ltd. and vice president, deputy general counsel for Wipro Limited.
